March 8 – WIN Career Readiness (Grade 11 & 12) and Pre-ACT (Grade 10) Important Testing Information
On Monday, March 8th, all Second, Third, and Fourth year Newberry One and 4 day Face-to-Face MCHS students will be participating in state-mandated testing at Mid-Carolina High School. All students should report to campus by 7:35 a.m. on testing day. Second-year 10th grade students will be taking the Pre-ACT, and Third-year 11th and Fourth-year 12th grade students will be taking the WIN Career Readiness Assessment. Third- and Fourth-year students, please be sure to bring your school issued laptop. Any student who normally reports to the Newberry County Career Center or has Piedmont Technical classes in the morning will report to Mid-Carolina High School instead on Monday, March 8th. Testing locations and student rosters for the Pre-ACT and WIN will be posted throughout the building to assist students in finding their appropriate testing location. In addition, staff members will be available to direct students as necessary. Breakfast will be provided.
